Serves 2
The resurgence of this well-known cocktail left us wanting to give making it at home a try. We followed a variation of Kahlua’s three-ingredient recipe. If you’re craving a super simple, quick, and delicious coffee cocktail, this Espresso Martini is it. View the video recipe below!
Equipment
A jigger, shot glass, or cocktail measuring glass
A shaker
Two martini or cocktail glasses

2 Oz Grey Goose, Belvedere, or Ketel One vodka
2 Oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
(If you’re wondering “can you make an espresso martini without Kahlúa?,” yes, you can. Use whichever coffee liqueur you prefer!)
2 Oz espresso, chilled
Note: Make sure not to skimp on the espresso. If you can’t make espresso at home, order some espresso shots from your favorite local coffee shop.
To Serve
6 coffee beans
Method
Add all ingredients to your shaker. Fill shaker with ice.
Shake for 20 seconds.
Strain into two martini glasses.
Garnish each drink with three coffee beans.
